Mandatory Pricing Rules
- 1. Activation fees are one-time charges, not monthly subscriptions.
- 2. The Starter tier requires no proof of prior bank-product volume.
- 3. Growth, Established, Premier & Elite require an official 2025 service bureau bank-product production report to verify volume and set the wholesale rate.
- 4. The wholesale fee is fixed for the entire 2027 season once signed — no automatic midseason changes.
- 5. Wholesale fees apply only to defined, qualifying fee-bearing transactions.
- 6. Bank-product applications and completed fee-bearing transactions are not necessarily equivalent.
- 7. All applications require approval, regardless of tier.
How Tiering Works
Enter your verified 2025 bank-product application volume on the application and we display the recommended tier, activation price, and wholesale rate. Final qualification remains subject to review.
Current-season production may be considered when evaluating pricing for a future season. Downstream reseller markups must comply with applicable contracts, laws, and fee-disclosure requirements.
The wholesale transaction fee is not the full retail price paid by a taxpayer.

Once your service bureau is approved and your wholesale pricing is established in your signed agreement, that rate remains fixed throughout the 2027 filing season. No midseason increases or decreases based on production volume.
