Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software Access Fees ($99 Starter)

Due to immediate digital license provisioning, proprietary bank integration keys, and immediate access to pre-season training materials, tax software access fees are generally non-refundable once software keys have been unlocked. If our compliance team rejects an applicant's e-file authorization prior to software activation, a 100% full refund is automatically issued.

2. Bank Product Rebate Disputes

Bank fees, incentives, and taxpayer advances are governed by the respective financial institutions (Santa Barbara TPG, Refund Advantage, Republic, EPS). GetSmart Tax Pro does not hold or delay taxpayer refund monies.
